You could do a Fab 5 Friday and book 5 then focus on the facials booked the rest of the week. That’s how a friend of mine started doing it. Works for her. But I like doing one daily.
When filling the order offer a facial in a bag and see when she has a 20 minute time slot. Then ask who of her friends would want one. Then book it and get their facials ready. FAB 5 leads to the skincare.

In every Facial in a Bag make sure you include a look book catalog, your business card, a handwritten note, and schedule a time to go through it with them for 3 day or so from when you mail it so they have the contents. you can walk them through it via phone call, Facebook messenger video, facetime if you both have iPhones, or set up a free zoom account
